Let’s check your stores ↗
Independent checks for Shopify agencies

Your policy says one thing.
Does your AI say another?

I test the answers your store gives AI shopping agents about returns and shipping. You get the evidence, suggested corrections and a recheck.

A small gap.
A very different answer.

One question. Two sources.
See exactly what needs attention.

THE BUYER’S QUESTION

“I placed my order 35 days ago but it only arrived 24 days ago. Can I return it?”

Australian buyer   /   English   /   Recorded 9 Nov 2026
RECORDED ANSWER · EXCERPT
“The store’s information doesn’t specify a return deadline based on when an order was placed or delivered.”
The deadline is missing from the answer.
PUBLISHED POLICY · SUMMARY
30days

From the date the order was placed.
Eligible change-of-mind returns receive store credit, subject to the policy’s conditions.

The starting date changes this answer.
SUGGESTED NEXT STEP

Confirm the intended policy with the merchant, make the deadline and store-credit terms explicit in the store’s policy information, then repeat the question.

Recheck pending — no fix outcome claimed
How to read this example +

Based on a recorded response supplied in the 9 November research workbook and its matching test scenario. The policy summary was checked against the published returns page. The brand is withheld; this is research, not a client testimonial. The original endpoint response has not been independently rerun for this page. It demonstrates a missing-answer finding, not proof that the store has no return deadline. No causal diagnosis or successful correction is claimed.

02 / A clear path to a clearer answer

Check. Clarify. Recheck.

A focused deliverable your agency
can take straight to the merchant.

01

Ask like a buyer.

Test agreed returns and shipping questions against the store’s available Shopify policy-answer interface. Match the buyer’s country and the relevant exceptions.

You receive: recorded questions + answers
02

Make the gap visible.

Compare answers with published policies. Each finding includes source references and suggested wording for the merchant to review and approve.

You receive: evidence + suggested corrections
03

Check what changed.

After your team makes the approved changes, repeat the agreed questions. Report what improved, what remains unclear and what could not be tested.

You receive: a documented recheck
A useful report tells you what is right, too.

No manufactured problems.
No mysterious readiness score.

Correct answers stay in the report. Missing information is separate from an incorrect answer. Different countries and product exceptions are checked before a difference becomes a finding.

03 / Start with a defined scope

A pilot first.
Ongoing checks if useful.

04 / Know what is being checked

Specific tests.
Honest limits.

Is this testing ChatGPT or every AI shopper?+

No. The service tests the store’s available Shopify policy-answer interface and compares recorded responses with published information. A result is specific to the tested question, country and time. It does not prove what every external assistant will say.

Do you need access to the store admin?+

No merchant login or customer records are needed for the proposed public-information checks. Your agency or merchant makes any approved changes. If an interface is unavailable, that test is marked untested and the scope is agreed before charging.

Are the suggested corrections legal advice?+

No. The merchant decides which policy is correct. Suggested wording clarifies the merchant-approved policy; it does not determine legal obligations, consumer remedies or compliance.

What if the answers are already correct?+

You still receive the recorded checks and their coverage. The report will say no issue was found in those tests. It will not manufacture a finding or guarantee future answers.

Will this improve AI rankings or sales?+

No ranking or sales outcome is promised. The deliverable is evidence about policy-answer consistency, proposed corrections and the agreed recheck.

and the answer agree.
